Information you provide
The quote form uses the pickup and destination you select, journey date and time, vehicle, passenger and luggage details to calculate an estimate. If you request a booking, your name, contact details, selected addresses, journey details, optional property or flight information and the independently calculated fare and proposed deposit are stored securely so the requested transfer can be administered. No payment card information is collected.
Address search and route calculation
Google Maps Platform powers address suggestions and supplies validated place details. Google Routes is used on the server to calculate the selected driving route, mileage and estimated duration. Information sent to these services is handled under Google's applicable privacy terms.
Analytics and your choice
Google Analytics 4 is non-essential and is not intentionally loaded unless you select Accept. If accepted, it may process technical information about how the site is used. Selecting Decline keeps analytics disabled and does not prevent address search, route calculation or the quote form from working.
Cookies and local storage
Essential local storage remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics so the choice is not requested on every visit. If analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may use identifiers or browser storage needed for measurement. The site does not use the consent choice for advertising.
Technical records and sharing
Hosting and service providers may process ordinary technical logs needed to operate and secure the website. Information may also be used to respond to enquiries and arrange requested journeys. We do not state a fixed retention period where one has not been established.
